CFR products are made to order, so production starts after checkout rather than coming off a warehouse shelf.
Production and delivery
Production and delivery timing varies by item and destination. Tracking is emailed when each package is on the move. Products may ship separately when they come from different production partners.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If something arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact CFR with your order number and clear photos so the problem can be reviewed.
Change-of-mind returns
Because each item is produced for your order, change-of-mind returns and size exchanges are not guaranteed. Check the product options and fit information before purchasing.
